AddSearch Crawl – Commercial Use License

1. Grant of License

Upon purchase you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the AddSearch Crawl ExpressionEngine addon (“Software”) on a single production site plus one related staging/development site. Each additional production site requires its own license. You may modify the Software for the licensed site.

2. Restrictions

You may not sell, distribute, sublicense, or otherwise provide the Software (original or modified) to third parties, except as part of a completed ExpressionEngine site delivered to a client whose project is covered by a valid license.
You may not list or resell the Software (or derivatives) on any marketplace, including expressionengine.com, without written permission from Multimediality.
You may not make the Software available in any public repository unless access is restricted to licensed users.

3. Ownership

The Software remains the sole property of Multimediality. No ownership is transferred.

4. Support, Updates & Warranty

The Software is provided “as is,” without any promise of support, maintenance, or future updates. Multimediality may offer assistance at its sole discretion, but is under no obligation to do so.

5. Liability

Multimediality is not liable for damages arising from use of the Software.

6. Termination

Breaching these terms terminates your license. You must then remove all copies of the Software from every environment.
